We collect information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and message — when you fill in our contact form or otherwise reach out to us. Preview requests also include the public website address you submit. Chat with the assistant on this site includes the messages you type in that window. We may also collect analytics data (such as pages visited) to understand how visitors use our site.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may use cookies and third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to measure website performance. Analytics data is aggregated and IP addresses are anonymised. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

We only share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website and deliver our services, and only to the extent necessary. These providers are bound to keep your data confidential. Inquiry forms are not a newsletter signup; we do not add you to a mailing list because you requested a project scope or a website preview.

If you request a preview, we use the public URL you send to assess and crawl pages that robots.txt allows, then to build and review a private assistant. Name, email, the URL, and the messages you exchange with a preview or with the assistant on this site are handled so we can deliver that work and follow up. The live chat on this site is loaded from chat.prograsec.com. We do not claim those conversations are anonymous. Preview emails and operator notifications use our email and messaging tools. Retention follows the working copy of the preview (including the advertised private link window) and ordinary enquiry records; ask us if you want a copy deleted.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
