Where is Prograsec based, and can you work in my timezone?
We're based in Faisalabad, Pakistan (UTC+5). Most of our clients are in Europe and Australia, so overlapping working hours are the norm for us: standups, demos and calls happen in the client's timezone.
How does a project usually start?
With a short call or email thread to understand what you're building. You then get a written plan covering scope, timeline and price before any commitment. Scoping costs nothing.
What does Prograsec build most?
AI systems (chatbots on your own data, RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows with LangChain and LangGraph), web applications in Next.js, React and Laravel, and cross-platform mobile apps with Ionic, Capacitor and Expo.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, a good share of our portfolio is under NDA, which is why some projects on our site are described but not named. We only name clients who have given permission.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. Our longest engagement so far ran 18 months of feature development inside a client's existing production codebase, across five major releases, and they kept us on that long because the work held up.
What happens after launch?
Your choice: a maintenance and support arrangement with us, or a clean, documented handover to your own team. Several clients have done both at different stages.
