The challenge
Personal and organizational users needed a chatbot that could answer from the open web, from their own documents, or a combination, and stay accurate and grounded either way.
What we did
We built Internet, Company and Combination modes over vectorized knowledge bases (including CSV files), with chat memory, math rendering, voice input, and fallback mechanisms that keep answers grounded when retrieval comes up empty.
The result
We continue to develop and maintain the platform, live at cause.systems.
