The challenge
A confidential European family-tech client needed a wall-mounted kitchen touchscreen plus companion iOS and Android apps, built from one codebase and kept in production across releases.
What we did
Over 18 months we built multi-provider calendar sync (Google, Outlook, Apple CalDAV and school ICS feeds) unified into one family board, recurring tasks and routines with a kids' reward-points system, live shared lists, recipes and meal planning with realtime sync and offline resilience, and EU subscription billing with trial paywalls.
The result
We worked on the product for 18 months, shipping in four languages across five releases (1.10 → 1.14). Our full-stack work covered the kitchen touchscreen and companion iOS and Android apps, including calendar integrations, shared data and subscription billing. The client remains unnamed under agreement.
