A build partner for agencies and studios

Three ways we plug in: under your brand for a client, as the specialist team on one part of a build you're running (say the AI module, while you keep project management, the front end and the client), or building the product your agency wants to own. Most of our own portfolio ships under NDA, so staying invisible is already how we work.

why agencies & studios call us

The Situations We Get Hired For

Overflow you can't staff

Three deadlines landed in the same month and hiring takes longer than any of them. We slot in per-project, then step back when the crunch passes. Senior output at Pakistan rates leaves room for your markup.

The part your team doesn't build

The client wants an AI module, a mobile app or a custom backend your bench doesn't cover. We own that one piece while you keep project management, the rest of the stack and the client relationship.

Freelancer roulette

You've had contractors vanish mid-sprint. We're a studio with a five-year track record, not a marketplace profile: same people, reachable, since 2021.

A product of your own

You run a services agency and want to launch something that's yours: a SaaS tool, a portal, a marketplace. We build it with you like we would for any founder, and it stays entirely yours.

the working agreement

How the Partnership Runs

  • White-label client delivery, one specialist module, or a product your agency owns; you set the depth
  • Fixed-price quotes per project; senior output at Pakistan rates leaves room for your markup
  • Or a dedicated developer on a monthly arrangement
  • We join your Slack, standups and ticket system, or stay behind email
  • Your brand on every deliverable; ours on none of it
  • NDAs signed without drama; most of our portfolio already ships under them
  • Working overlap with European and Australian hours, standard since 2021
  • Escalations go straight to the engineer, not through an account layer
  • Clean handovers: documented code in repositories you or your client own
track record

What We Can Show, and What We Can't

White-label work is invisible by design, so our best agency proof is under NDA. Here's what we can point at.

Repeat client

Three products for one founder

A SaaS founder brought us three Figma designs across six-plus engagements; each shipped as a responsive Next.js site with green PageSpeed reports at delivery, and every order was rated five stars.

Long engagements

18 months in someone else's process

Our longest engagement ran 18 months inside a European client's repositories, releases and review process: a stretch of trust, and the exact skill white-label delivery depends on.

Standing arrangements with agencies

Our portfolio cross-lists work from partner agencies by mutual permission, the kind of long-term, low-friction arrangement we'd want to build with you.

I was blown away by the professionalism and commitment of the Prograsec team. They took on a project that was outside the standard functionalities and custom-coded a solution that perfectly fit our needs. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured we met our launch date on time.

getting started

Start Small, Then Decide

  1. 1

    Intro call

What you sell, which stacks you need covered, and how you like to work. We'll tell you plainly what we're good at and what we'd decline.

  2. 2

    A low-stakes first project

Pick something bounded: a landing page, a feature, a fix. You see the communication and the code before anything important is on the line.

  3. 3

    Set the terms

Per-project quotes or a dedicated developer each month. Either way the terms are in writing and your client stays yours.

  4. 4

    Scale as needed

Busy quarter, more hands; quiet month, no retainer guilt. The arrangement flexes with your pipeline.

partnership questions

What Agencies & Studios Ask Us First

Will you ever contact our client directly?

No. Communication runs through you. If you put us on a client call, we join as your team, under your name.

Whose name is on the code and deliverables?

Yours. Repositories, documentation and any visible credits carry your brand. We claim nothing publicly, a habit we already keep for our NDA clients.

Which stacks can you cover?

Next.js, React and Laravel on the web; Ionic, Capacitor and Expo for mobile; Python with LangChain and LangGraph for AI features; Shopify for commerce. If a request falls outside that, we say so on the intro call.

We want to build our own product, not client work. Can you do that?

Yes. Plenty of agencies come to us to launch something of their own (a SaaS tool, a portal, a marketplace) rather than to cover client overflow. We scope and build it the way we would for any founder, and it stays entirely yours.

Can you own just one part of a build, like the AI?

Yes. On some projects we're the specialist team on a single module (the AI, say) while your studio runs project management, the front end and the client relationship. We stay in our lane and fit your process.

How does pricing work for agencies?

Fixed quotes per project so you can set your own margin, or a monthly rate for a dedicated developer. No commissions and no percentage of your client fees.

Can you match our client's timezone for meetings?

Almost always. We're at UTC+5 and have kept European and Australian meeting schedules since 2021.

Need a Build Partner This Quarter?

Bring us the project you can't staff, the module your bench doesn't cover, or the product you want to own. If we're not the right fit, you'll know within one call.

Or email business@prograsec.com, and we reply within one business day.
