We read the pages we're allowed to (robots.txt is respected), brand the assistant, and run refusal probes — including invented prices and false handoffs — before anyone outside the team sees it.

Usually within one business day. No login. It expires after 21 days. Try to make it invent a fee; it should refuse.

Does it speak Gulf Arabic?
It replies in Arabic when the visitor writes in Arabic, including RTL in the widget. Dialect quality depends on what's on your site and how the model renders it. We check an Arabic probe before sending the preview.
Will it quote a unit price?
Only if that figure is on the pages we crawled. If a listing is stale or the price isn't published, it refuses rather than scraping a portal or guessing.
Can it book a viewing?
No. The current assistant answers from public listing and office pages and can take a name and number. It does not book viewings, update live inventory, send WhatsApp, or write to a CRM. Those are separate custom work if you need them.

The crawl is your website, not the portals. If the useful facts live only on a portal, the preview will be thin and we'll say so.
