The preview is free. Going live is a setup fee plus a monthly fee, quoted in writing after you've used it. We do not publish a monthly price here because the UK figure is not locked; we will not invent one.

    The public URL is enough. We don't need a login, a CMS export, or a call first.

    We crawl and check it

    We read the pages we're allowed to (robots.txt is respected), brand the assistant, and run refusal probes — including invented prices and false handoffs — before anyone outside the team sees it.

    You get a private link

    Usually within one business day. No login. It expires after 21 days. Try to make it invent a fee; it should refuse.

    Go live only if you want it

    Same assistant, one script tag. Setup and monthly are quoted in your currency after you've used the preview. We don't put it on a live site for free.

Asked before the first preview

Does it speak Gulf Arabic?

It replies in Arabic when the visitor writes in Arabic, including RTL in the widget. Dialect quality depends on what's on your site and how the model renders it. We check an Arabic probe before sending the preview.

Will it quote a unit price?

Only if that figure is on the pages we crawled. If a listing is stale or the price isn't published, it refuses rather than scraping a portal or guessing.

Can it book a viewing?

The current assistant captures the enquiry and notifies you. It must not claim it booked a viewing or emailed an agent if it did not. Diary and WhatsApp product work is a later conversation, not part of the preview.

The crawl is your website, not the portals. If the useful facts live only on a portal, the preview will be thin and we'll say so.
