Launch your MVP with a team that's shipped them before
You don't need a 12-person dev shop or a full-time CTO to get a first version live. You need a few senior engineers who have done this loop before: cut the scope to what proves the idea, build it properly, and stick around when real users show up.
- Fixed quote before you commit
- AI, web & mobile under one roof
- Weekly demos in your timezone
Sound Familiar?
“I have a deck and a Figma file”
You need those designs turned into a working product without a translation layer in between. Figma-to-production conversion is where Prograsec started, and it's still what clients rate us highest on.
“I raised, and now I have to ship”
Runway makes timelines real. We put scope, milestones and a fixed price in writing before you commit, so the budget conversation happens once, at the start.
“I'm not technical”
You talk directly to the engineers writing your code, and every technical decision comes with a plain-English reason. No account managers relaying messages.
“I need a partner, not an order-taker”
If a feature is a bad idea, we say so on the first call. Cutting scope is often the most useful thing we do for a founder.
Founder Work We Can Show You
Some of our strongest projects are under NDA, so a few of these are described without names. The numbers are real either way.

A 12-step AI procedure for HR
For an Australian client we built the AI heart of a workplace-procedures platform: LangGraph agents that walk practitioners through a 12-step investigation, with human approval at every consequential step.

18 months inside one product
A European family-tech product kept us on for 18 months across five production releases. Founders don't keep a team that long unless the work holds up.

NutriHygiene, our own bet
We fund and build our own AI nutrition platform, currently in beta. Scoping with our own money changes how we scope with yours; pet features die quickly.
See the project“Prograsec consistently delivers top-notch results. Their dedication to understanding our requirements and delivering beyond our expectations is truly impressive. They not only provided excellent development work but also offered valuable feedback on how we could improve our platform.”
How the First Weeks Go
- 1
Tell us the idea
A call or an email thread, whichever you prefer. We sign an NDA first if you want one; most of our portfolio is under NDA already.
- 2
Get a written plan
We come back with what to build first, what to postpone, a timeline and a fixed quote. Scoping is free, and the plan is yours to keep either way.
- 3
Build in weekly loops
Working software every week, demoed in your timezone. Changes get priced before they're built, never after.
- 4
Launch, then stay
We run the product with you after launch or hand it over clean with documentation. The same engineers are there for v2, with no handover cliff.
Asked on Most First Calls
How much does an MVP cost?
There's no standard number, and anyone quoting one before scoping is guessing. As reference points: our fixed-price business websites start at $300, mobile apps at $750, and a multi-feature MVP with accounts, payments or AI sits above those. You get the exact figure in writing after a free scoping call.
How fast can you launch?
Simple builds ship in weeks; the honest answer for your idea comes out of scoping. What we don't do is quote a date we can't hold.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. A good share of our portfolio is under NDA, which is why some projects on this site are described but not named. Your idea is safe in a scoping call.
Who owns the code?
You do. We work in repositories you own wherever possible, and everything ships with documentation your next engineer can pick up.
What if I already have designs, or nothing at all?
Both work. We build pixel-accurate from your Figma file, or design first and then build, with the same team doing both so nothing is lost between design and code.
Can you join a build another team started?
Yes, joining mid-flight is normal for us. If that's your situation, our product-teams page covers how we work inside an existing codebase.
Ready to Scope Your MVP?
Bring the idea; leave with a plan. The scoping call is free and the written plan is yours either way.
Or email business@prograsec.com, and we reply within one business day.
