The challenge
We wanted a nutrition platform built Pakistan-first: personalized desi meal planning with real accountability, not another generic calorie counter.
What we did
We built culturally aware meal planning with plate-structure rules and gram-based portions for desi food, ledger-based calorie accountability instead of simple daily counters, an AI nutrition assistant with retrieval over a structured food database, and an admin console with fine-grained role-based access, across a mobile app, admin console and marketing site with 7 free web calculators.
The result
Currently in beta with a public waitlist. It's our own bet, which is how we learn what we later build for clients: scoping with our own money changes how we scope with yours.
