A customer-support product wanted callers to speak with an AI virtual agent over live voice calls, backed by a reactive interface with instant updates.
What we did
We built real-time voice interaction with an AI agent, live UI updates with Laravel and Livewire, and a reactive front end with Alpine.js over WebSockets.
