Lissom Pro and the free trial

Lissom is free to download and includes free sessions. Lissom Pro unlocks every routine, the programs and more AI routines. It is sold as a yearly or monthly auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play. The price for your country is shown on the paywall before you pay.

The yearly plan comes with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged and the subscription renews each year until you cancel.

How to cancel

Lissom has no account, so subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Lissom and tap Cancel Subscription. In Lissom, Settings > Manage subscription takes you to the same page.

Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, choose Lissom and tap Cancel subscription.

You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Restore a purchase

On a new phone or after reinstalling, open Settings > Restore purchases, or tap Restore on the paywall. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.

Refunds

Apple and Google take the payment, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's refund request page. We can't issue store refunds ourselves, but email us if something went wrong and we'll help.

Your progress and backups

Your history, streak, favourites and custom routines are stored on your phone. On iPhone they are also backed up to your own iCloud and come back when you reinstall with the same Apple ID. Android has no cloud backup in this version, so uninstalling the app removes them.

Settings > Delete all my data erases everything on the phone and the iCloud copy. It does not cancel a subscription.

Apple Health

On iPhone, Lissom can save each finished session to Apple Health as a Flexibility workout. It only writes; it never reads your health data. Turn it off in Lissom's Settings or in the Health app.

Reminders

The daily reminder is a notification scheduled on your phone. If it doesn't arrive, check that notifications for Lissom are allowed in your phone's settings and that the reminder is on in Lissom's Settings.

Safety

Lissom is for general stretching and mobility. It is not medical advice or treatment. Stretch gently, stop if anything hurts, and check with a doctor or physiotherapist first if you are injured, pregnant, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition.
