Do you work with non-technical founders?
Often. You talk directly to the engineers writing your code, and every technical decision comes with a plain-English reason, with no account manager relaying messages.
Can you join a product another team started?
Yes. Joining an existing codebase mid-flight is normal for us; our longest engagement ran 18 months inside a client's production repos.
Who owns the code?
You do. We work in repositories you own wherever possible, and everything ships with documentation your next engineer can pick up.
