Lissom terms of use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Lissom: Stretching & Mobility ("Lissom") on iPhone, Apple Watch or Android. Lissom is made by M/S Prograsec ("Prograsec", "we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you got Lissom from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins.

1. Health and safety

Lissom offers general stretching and mobility routines for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and the AI routines are generated automatically, not written by a clinician for you. Stretch within a comfortable range and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or numbness. Talk to a doctor or physiotherapist before using Lissom if you are injured, pregnant, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition. You use the routines at your own risk.

2. Lissom Pro subscriptions

Lissom is free to download with free sessions. Lissom Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly, sold through the App Store or Google Play. The price, the billing period and any trial are shown on the paywall before you confirm.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that.
  • The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • You can cancel or change plans at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. See Lissom support for the links.
  • If we change the price, Apple or Google will tell you before it applies, as their rules require.

3. AI routines

"Describe your session" turns what you type into a routine built from Lissom's exercises. Free and Pro have usage limits shown in the app. Requests about pain, injury or medical conditions get a safety note instead of a routine. Don't use the feature to get around those limits or to send content unrelated to stretching.

4. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Lissom on devices you own or control. The app, its exercises, illustrations, routines and text belong to Prograsec. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or our server, except where the law allows it.

5. Changes and availability

We update Lissom from time to time and may add, change or remove features. We try to keep it working but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we ever stop offering Lissom Pro, we will stop renewals first.

6. Liability

Lissom is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Prograsec is not liable for injury, loss or damage from using the routines, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Lissom Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

7. Privacy

How Lissom handles data is set out in the Lissom privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for changes that affect subscriptions we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Lissom after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: email business@prograsec.com.
